An email will be sent upon purchase confirming your order. Processing takes 3-5 business days. After order is processed shipping takes 2-3 business days. This is subject to change and may come quicker. Please allow for order to be processed before you request a tracking number via email ([email protected]) or on instagram (@thefinestlook_ ) .

PRE-ORDERS: Please allow up to 10-14 days for processing and 2-4 business days for your order to be shipped out.
PICKUP: A text message will be sent to the number provided with instructions on when and where to pickup. Pickup is Mon-Sat from 12pm-7pm unless otherwise stated. Please insure you provide the correct phone number, We are not responsible if you do not recieve the text message.
RETURN POLICY:
ALL sales are final! Under no circumstance will a refund be granted unless it was a mishap with the company. Exchanges can be issued if your item doesn’t fit.
If The Finest Look Boutique happens to make an error with your order please email us and we will fix your order or refund you. Item has to be returned within 5 days after 5 days your item will be considered final sale. Item must be in its original condition. Same with exchanges.
